celebrate world baijiu day with Grain Bar Four Seasons & Good Spirits Co. Australian Baijiu

To celebrate this year's World Baijiu Day 2023 (WBD), we have partnered with the iconic, award-winning Grain Bar by Four Seasons Sydney.

And better still, we are turning WBD into a whole week! Visit Grain to try delicious cocktails with our Australian Baijiu from 7 to 12 August.

“Grain can be found in every drink and dish at Grain Bar making it a perfect place to celebrate World Baijiu Day,” says Varvara Kuraeva (our CEO). Varvara says Grain’s chief mixologist Pablo Moore Rubio and his team created two signature cocktails with Australian Baijiu, with the spirit also available straight up.

The cocktails include Qingxiang, which means ‘light aroma’, and features Australian Baijiu with elderflower, eucalyptus, citrus and more, and Nongxiang, or ‘strong aroma’, with Australian Baijiu, Lillet Blanc, Muyu Vetiver Gris liqueur and orange.

Whether it’s a cocktail or neat, let’s celebrate this brilliant grain spirit in all of its glory and let your taste buds revel in the symphony of flavours. Ganbei!

What is Baijiu?

What is Baijiu?

Australian Baijiu is an exciting new Baijiu made with an Australian twist. It is locally produced from a distillery in Victoria using Australian Sorghum and encapsulates the key essence of light aromatics. In the consumer space, “Made in Australia” is not a statement taken lightly, so therefore expect nothing less than a quality product.
